GLOUCESTERSHIRE County Council are asking the youth of the county to have their say on climate change.

Young people aged 16 to 25 are being invited to partake in Gloucestershire Youth Climate Panel.

The panel will give younger generations a voice on climate change issues with the ability to influence how the county responds to its increasing effects.

Initially, the Youth Climate Panel will be made up of around 30 people, with a scope to expand it further once the panel is up and running.

They will meet with council officers on a regular basis to talk through and give feedback on aspects on the emerging Gloucestershire Climate Change Strategy.
