A POPULAR Longhope pub is celebrating 25 years of serving pints and pies with a fresh new look.

The Farmer’s Boy Inn held an open day to showcase recent improvements to its hotel rooms and beer garden. Visitors got a first look at a newly designed outdoor seating area complete with parasols, as well as a vegetable patch that will supply fresh produce for the kitchen.

Inside, the rooms have been given a countryside-inspired refresh, with soothing green tones and rustic charm, offering a relaxing escape on the Gloucestershire-Herefordshire border.

The family-run 17th century inn has built a reputation over the decades for its award-winning pies and warm welcome – and now it's inviting guests to come and experience its updated surroundings for themselves.
