ECO farmers at Yorkley Court Farm have won a 12-month injunction which prevents their eviction. Now they await a land registry tribunal hearing to take place to establish who actually owns the land. Lynne Garner said: "We've been granted an injunction for the farm buildings and the main field. "Richard Tolson and Yorkley Court Farm Limited have also won an injunction for the other areas of land. "It's basically for the other areas of land that had previously been used by other farmers, which we have always respected."
