A 26 year-old Dymock man who failed to tell police who was driving a Jaguar car at the time of an alleged speeding offence on the M5 has been ordered to pay £1,014 in fines, costs and surcharges.
Magistrates at Cheltenham also endorsed Charles Robinson’s driving licence with six penalty points.
Robinson, of Medlar Cottage, Dymock, had been convicted by the court under the single justice procedure of failing to notify Gloucestershire Constabulary between 6th Dec 2022 and 4th January 2023 who was driving a Jaguar in excess of 70mph on the M5 on 9th Sept last year.
As well as the £660 fine he was ordered to pay £90 costs and a £264 victim services surcharge.
