THE Drybrook Cutting – the main road linking parts of the Forest with Ross-on-Wye – will be reopened in January 2014.
This week, the County Council finally revealed plans to reopen the road, which has been closed since November 2012 following a landslide.
Verges and kerbs will be reinstated and engineers will use a soil nailing technique to secure the bank on Hawthorn Road.
