A 64-year-old Churcham man who has denied driving without insurance is to stand trial at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court next Spring.

Terry Smith of Oak Tree Park, Churcham, pleaded not guilty at a hearing to driving a Mercedes on Hatherley Road, Cheltenham, when he had no third party insurance cover.

He was told to return to court for his trial, estimated to last an hour, on 26th April 2026.
