A 54-year-old Ruspidge man has been conditionally discharged after admitting that he criminally damaged a man's car windscreen.

Darryl Rimmer of Coomb Drive, Ruspidge, pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court to causing damage to the windscreen in his home street on 4th May this year.

He was conditionally discharged for six months and ordered to pay £85 costs.
