A 33-year-old Ruspidge man who admitted drug-driving when he was already banned from the roads has been bailed to await sentence by Cheltenham Magistrates’ next month.

Kane Hale of Hart Green, Ruspidge, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Focus on Woodside Avenue, Cinderford on 17th August when he had excess Benzoylecgonine (cocaine) in his blood and while he was disqualified and without insurance.

He was bailed unconditionally for a pre-sentence report to be prepared. He must return to court on October 12th to be sentenced.
