MAGISTRATES have issued a warrant for the arrest of a 34-year-old Chepstow man after he failed to appear in court on a charge of fly-tipping in a layby.
Ian McPherson of Western Avenue, Bulwark, is accused of dumping household waste from a vehicle at Penhow Layby in Newport last November.
Gwent Magistrates’ Court issued the warrant on Thursday, in a case which has been brought by Newport City Council.
