WHITECROFT are through to their first County Cup football final in more than 50 years.
The villagers saw off Real Fairford 3-0 in Saturday's Intermediate Cup semi-final in front of a bumper home crowd.
The club cancelled their second and third team matches so everyone connected to the club could watch the big match.
It was relatively plain sailing for Whitecroft, with Keith Paterson scoring twice. Adam Brown also found the net.
Whitecroft, now managed by Richard Howells, are also going well in the league at the top of North Gloucestershire Division One.
Whitecroft will play Longlevens A in the final after they saw off Tewkesbury Town 1-0.
Minsterworth also have a County Cup final to look forward to.
The runaway North Gloucestershire Premier Division leaders won 4-0 at Gloucester Civil Service to reach the final of the County Junior Cup.
They will face Slimbridge, who edged out Falcons in a penalty shoot-out.
