CINDERFORD'S rugby players lost mobile phones, keys, jewellery, wallets and cash after an audacious thief stole their valuables bag during last Saturday's first team match in Fylde.
The conman tricked both clubs into believing he was working for the other club.
Club treasurer Barry Holmes said: "It was so calculated. He came up to us after we'd arrived and offered to help with the bags and we just took that he was from Fylde – but they took it that he was with us."
