Coleford man fined for using handheld mobile while driving

DRIVING while using a hand held mobile phone has cost Coleford man Luke Brain £200.

At Cheltenham Magistrates Court’ Brain, 32, of Prospect Close, Coleford, was convicted of driving a Vauxhall Vivaro on the A40 Golden Valley at Cheltenham while using a phone on May 28.

He was fined £166 plus a £34 surcharge and had six penalty points endorsed on his driving licence.
