A 33-year-old Coleford man who drove with an excess level of cannabis in his bloodstream has been disqualified for a year and ordered to pay £516 in fines, costs and surcharges.
Trevor Rich, of The Crescent, pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court to driving a Mazda Tamura on South Road, Coalway, on May 17 this year with an illegal level of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood.
He was fined £392 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £39 victim services surcharge and was banned from driving for 12 months.
