CERI Large (pictured) helped England under-20s win the Nations Cup crown in Santa Barbara on Saturday night, with a 48-11 defeat of America in the final.
It was her under-20s swansong as she'll turn 21 in November.
"It's been a long season but a good one," she said.
"We've been on the go since August but we've got a couple of weeks off before pre-season starts."
Although she plays at 10 for her club side, Worcester Ladies, Ceri featured in the centre for England.
England under-20s have won every game of their campaign, defeating the USA, Canada, South Africa, Wales, Scotland and France.
In May Ceri helped England A win the European Trophy in Spain and she's also been on an international tour to Dubai.
She first took up rugby at Drybrook, where her brothers, Dan, Dean and Ben all still play.
Incredibly, all four have suffered broken legs playing rugby.
