A SPORT-LOVING business entrepreneur is building a leisure complex in his own back garden. The half-built construction, when finished, will feature two 10-pin bowling alleys, a squash court, a sports hall laid out with a badminton court, a gym, a soft play area and a table games room, a changing room and toilets, topped off with a 15-seat home cinema. But the Forest of Dean District Council has slapped an enforcement notice on Graham Wildin, who lives in a large property in Meendhurst Road, Cinderford. He has already converted this bungalow into a luxury house that has a hot tub room, an Oriental dining area, an amusement arcade, a summerhouse and a garage for his collection of cars.
