Huntley pegged them back with efforts from Marc Matthews and Colin Westbury, but Ashley Lane ensured a 3-2 Mushet success.
Broadwell Reserves pulled off a shock 2-0 win over Mitcheldean with strikes from Liam Marley and Stuart Jones, while Rob Gwilliam, Luke Gray and Tom Phillips shot in-form English Bicknor to a 3-0 victory against Lydney Town Reserves.
Daryl Bayliss netted twice for Newent Town against Ruardean Hill Rangers, but the visitors triumphed 3-2 with goals from Joe Kilty, Nick Jayne and Dave Frowen.
Newnham United drew 1-1 at Staunton & Corse. Lee Roberts scored first for Staunton, but Andy McNeil levelled.
In Division One, Lydbrook Reserves hammered Yorkley 6-1 with efforts from Mike Etheridge (2), James Turley (3) and Tom Skinner. Lewis Halford replied for Yorkley.
Carl James put Aylburton in front at Sedbury United, but the hosts bounced back to win 3-1 through Dave Bushell, Duane McEwan and Nick Hanson.
Blakeney edged out Rank Outsiders 4-3 with a Matt Smith strike and an Andy Rowles hat-trick. Paul Davies, Jack Fowler and Steve Morgan got on the scoresheet for Ranks.
Woolaston Reserves saw off Lydney Town A 6-2 in Division Two with goals from Roger Wakefield (3), Steve Guest, Chris George and Owen Lewis. Grant Lane and Gordon Matthews hit second-half efforts for Lydney, who found themselves 3-0 down at the break.
St Briavels beat White Horse 3-1 with efforts from Jamie Weston, Pete Meredith and Adam Weston.
Harrow Hill Reserves won 3-2 against Soudley Reserves. Luke Jotham, Matt Freeman and Will Birch netted for Hill, with James Bowles grabbing both Soudley goals.
Howle Hill and Whitecroft Reserves drew 2-2. And Francis and Rob McAfee found the target for the hosts, with Dan Burgham and Mark Jones earning Whitecroft a point.
Jason Boulton and Dave Fennell scored for Puma in a 2-1 defeat of Staunton & Corse Reserves. The Corsemen led initially through Andy Phelps.
