A 43-year-old Drybrook man who drove while disqualified and without insurance has been banned from the roads for a further 16 months and ordered to pay £698 in fines, costs and surcharges.
Stuart Prosser of The Squirrels, Drybrook, pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court to driving a Vauxhall Insignia on Dockham Road, Cinderford, on October 15 this year while disqualified.
He also admitted having no third party insurance at the time.
As well as the new 16-months ban, he was fined £438 and ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85 and a £175 victim services surcharge.
