A 25-year-old Cinderford man has admitted child pornography charges.

Jake Elsmore-Mann of Abbey Street, Cinderford, pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates court to four sex charges.

At a previous hearing he admitted that between December 3, 2014 and November 1, 2016 at Cinderford he made 57 indecent images of children – videos and stills – of Category A, the worst kind.

Between the same dates and also at Cinderford he made 70 indecent images of Category B and 249 of Category C.

The fourth charge relates to possession of an extreme pornographic image depicting a male having sexual intercourse with a dog.

At Monday’s hearing (April 3) the magistrates adjourned the case for pre-sentence reports to be prepared and Elsmore-Mann was granted unconditional bail until April 24, when he is due to be sentenced by magistrates.
