NEW signing Danny Trigg showed his class by scoring 25 points on debut to boot Lydney to their first victory since the opening day of the season.

Trigg's kicking prowess helped the Severnsiders overcome Dings Crusaders by 35-33 at Regentsholme.

After the game club coach Duncan Bell told his jubilant players 'our season starts here'.
