HE was hailed by Welsh national coach Warren Gatland for a stunning performance in their Six Nations Championship victory over France last Friday.

But only two years ago, wing Josh Adams was running out for Cinderford in National League One.

Adams was one of three men signed on loan by Paul Morris for Cinderford during their ill-fated 2015-16 campaign that saw them relegated from National One.

Since those days, Adams has become the joint top try scorer in the Guinness Premiership last season with his club Worcester Warriors and recieved a call-up for his native Wales.
