CINDERFORD's new boss Neil Loader is looking forward to the challenge of this weekend's derby with Hartpury after he saw his charges suffer defeat for the first time.

The Foresters lost 36-20 at Esher in their opening National One fixture but Loader saw plenty to encrouage the new coaching setup at Dockham Road.
