HARTPURY FC will play five home fixtures at Gloucester City’s KMM Energy Stadium while further work is carried out on the playing surface at the 4Ed Hartpury Stadium.

The Southern League Division One South club have been forced to make temporary arrangements after their pitch required additional unforeseen work, preventing it from being available during the opening months of the 2026/27 season.

Hartpury’s groundshare will begin on Saturday, August 29, when they welcome Exmouth Town in the FA Trophy, with kick-off at 3pm.

Four league matches will then be staged at the KMM Energy Stadium across September and early October.

Hartpury will face Melksham Town on Tuesday, September 15, before hosting Worcester Raiders at the same venue one week later. Both midweek games will kick off at 7.45pm.

Bideford will provide the opposition on Saturday, September 26, with Hartpury’s final scheduled fixture in Gloucester coming against Barnstaple Town on Saturday, October 3. Both matches will begin at 3pm.

The temporary move allows Hartpury to continue fulfilling their home programme while the necessary renovation work is completed at their own ground.

As part of the agreement between the two clubs, Gloucester City season-ticket holders will be given free admission to Hartpury’s four league fixtures at the KMM Energy Stadium by presenting their valid 2026/27 season ticket on arrival.

That offer will not apply to the FA Trophy tie against Exmouth, as it is a cup fixture. The arrangement will therefore begin with the visit of Melksham in September.

Gloucester City said the club was pleased to continue its relationship with Hartpury and welcomed the opportunity to support its Southern League neighbours during the temporary groundshare.

Hartpury will hope the move provides a stable temporary home while work is completed and enables the club to maintain its momentum during the early stages of the campaign.
