DIRECTOR of rugby Andy Deacon says he's keen to stay at Cinderford next season.

Keeping the Foresters in National League One for the seventh consecutive season is no mean achievement, but Deacon must now sit down with the board to discuss plans for 2014/15.

Deacon said: "I'd like to carry on. I'm proud of where I've taken the club in my four years as director of rugby.

"This league is incredibly tough – it's a much higher standard than when we first got promoted seven years ago.
