THE SITE of Coleford' s former library is being transformed into a complex of 49 homes as part of a specialist housing scheme for older residents.
Construction work on the £5.9 million project has just started on the land in Bank Street, which has been used as a temporary car park for the past few years.
The development will create a dementia-focused housing care complex, made up of 28 one-bed apartments and 16 two-bed-apartments.
