DAIRY farmer Andrew Guest says falling milk prices are costing him £40,000 a year.
Mr Guest says the current situation is so bad it is putting the livelihoods of all Forest dairy farmers at risk.
The latest round of price drops means many farmers are being expected to sell milk below the cost of production.
Mr Guest, who is also the county chairman of the National Farmers' says the average cost to produce a litre of milk is just over 30p.
