A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a 44 year-old Bream man accused of dangerous driving, criminal damage, assault and failing to provide a blood specimen to the police.
Maurice Edgar of Highbury Road, Bream, did not appear before Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court on November 24 to face the charges and the warrant without bail was issued.
He is charged with destroying a mobile phone owned by Thomas Harris at Lydney on May 14, assaulting Mr Harris by beating on the same date, driving a Dacia Duster dangerously on Parawell Lane, Bream, also on May 14.
He also faces a charge of failing to provide a blood specimen as required by police.
