A 66-year-old Tutshill man who drove while more than two and a half times over the alcohol limit has been banned from driving for 23 months.
At Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court Timothy Mansell of Beachley Road, Tutshill, was also fined £461 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £194 victim services surcharge.
He pleaded guilty to driving a Peugeot 207 on Miss Graces Lane, Tidenham Chase, on December 12 with 91micrograms of alcohol on his breath. The legal limit is 35micrograms.
