PARKING charges look set to go up in 2014.
The Forest of Dean District Council is considering implementing a minimum stay period of two hours in town centre car parks in order to raise more income.
The council is battling with a £1.2m deficit.
If the changes to car parks in Cinderford, Newent, Coleford and Lydney go ahead, it will mean motorists having to pay at least 40p to park.
