WORKERS at Coleford' s Ribena plant have voted against an all-out strike over a pay freeze for last year.
More than 200 Unite union members at the plant voted for action short of a strike at the plant which employs around 500 people.
This could mean a work to rule at the GlaxoSmithKline factory which has just invested in a £70 million bottling plant.
