WESLEY Road in Cinderford should be a one-way street according to local trader Adrian Wilce.

Adrian, who recently took over Keith's Greengrocers', said: "Cars keep turning into the road, mounting the kerbs or crossing the middle line.

"In some cases you've got vehicles going onto the pavements, either side. "The road needs to be made either one way or cut off completely.

"A bus driver crushed a kid against the wall there many years ago.

"Cars come to the junction without acknowledging cars already on the High Street. They have no intention of giving way. It's an issue. Why isn't it being looked at?"

Adrian says motorists rely on reflections in shop windows to see traffic coming out.
