SOME farmers in the district have received letters from badger cull protesters warning them that their actions will be monitored.
The letter, addressed to farmers of the cull zones, also said if farmers did drop out of the cull they could be put on a "badger friendly" list by replying by email.
John Tingey, an arable farmer from West Gloucestershire, said: "This area is quite a tight-knit community and for people to come in from elsewhere and distribute these sort of messages is absolutely disgusting."
