SPEEDING on Forest Vale Road, Cinderford, has cost Milo Gardner, 53, a total of £706 in fines, costs and surcharges – as well as four penalty points on his licence.

At Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court Gardner, of Buckshaft Road, Ruspidge, was found to have exceeded 30mph in a Ford Fiesta on Forest Vale Road on October 18  last year.

He was fined £440 plus costs of £90 and a surcharge of £176 and the court endorsed his licence with four points.
