Residents have scored a massive court victory over Two Rivers Housing in a long-running saga about grass cutting charges.
A ruling delivered at Bristol County Court states the 2,2000 families who were billed by the housing authority for "service charges" do not have to pay.
It is expected that Two Rivers Housing will be ordered to pay the residents' court costs, which run to more than £10,000.
