AM I not alone in feeling extremely irritated that Greg Smith, principal of Gloucestershire College, does not think he needs to attend a meeting, where residents of Berry Hill and surrounding areas wish to make representations about their legitimate concerns, regarding the future plans for the college site in Five Acres?

This smacks of arrogance and a complete disregard for the views of Foresters.

Personally, I am getting sick and tired of in-comers coming in to the area, and telling us what we are going to have and not have, and what we need and don't need.

Berry Hill and Coleford stand to lose their college, theatre, leisure centre and other sports facilities, all in a misguided attempt to regenerate another town, which has proved to be impossible to regenerate for as long as anyone can remember.

It is time for Foresters to stand against this, and defend our children's future.
