A new licensing application has been submitted by local operator Mark Duthie to expand transport activities within Penhow.

Mr Duthie, based in Parc Seymour, is formally seeking to amend his existing Goods Vehicle Operator’s Licence to establish a new designated operating centre. The proposed site is situated at the yard directly to the rear of The Rock and Fountain on Llanvaches Lane. Under the new application, the location will serve as a base to park and maintain two goods vehicles along with two trailers.

Local residents and neighboring property owners have a 21-day window from the notice's publication to submit representations. Anyone concerned about potential impacts on their local environment must write to the Traffic Commissioner in Leeds.
