Forest of Dean District Council has published a new list of planning applications, with several proposals across the district now open for public comment.

The notice includes developments ranging from barn conversions to new housing, as well as applications affecting public rights of way.

Among them is Oldfields House in Leddington, where a retrospective bid seeks permission for a replacement car port with studio space above.

In Longhope, plans have been submitted to convert a barn into a self‑ built home, alongside the demolition of agricultural structures.

A lawful development application has also been lodged for land at Birdwood, relating to vehicle parking linked to a private business.

Meanwhile, an outline proposal for up to two dwellings at Steam Mills Road in Cinderford has been flagged as not aligning with the current development plan.
