MARKETING guru Jim Winship is devising a system to allow all 9,000 goodwill ambassadors at the Olympics to get their favourite sarnie for lunch.
And he will make sure the capital's cafés and shops never run out of the nation's favourite takeaway when the starting gun fires on the Games this summer.
As the founder of the British Sandwich Association, he has pulled together retailers ranging from Subway and M&S to small independents and manufacturers into one group.
He now represents the sandwich industry at government level and is responsible for overseeing technical standards in the trade.
