RESIDENTS in Bream are being invited to take part in a brand-new Movement to Music group aimed at supporting both physical and mental wellbeing through gentle exercise and social connection.

The inclusive sessions will take place weekly at the West Dean Centre, with the first class launching on Monday, April 28, from 11AM to 12.15PM.

The initiative is designed to encourage people of all ages and abilities to enjoy the benefits of moving to music in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Each class features a 45-minute seated movement session, making it accessible to those with limited mobility or anyone who prefers a low-impact form of exercise.

The sessions aim to improve flexibility, coordination and mood, while the upbeat music helps to boost energy and lift spirits.
