WALKERS are being asked to look out for a missing man who could be living rough in the Forest of Dean.

Javan Tutton, 44, went missing from a psychiatric unit in Southampton nearly a fortnight ago.

Police believe he might have come to the Forest because he has close relatives in Blakeney.

A spokesman for Hampshire Police said he had previously lived rough in the New Forest and could be in the woods.

Mr Tutton went missing on September 6 after being allowed to take a short walk alone while being treated for anxiety at Antelope House, Southampton.

Because he is without medication, there are fears for his state of mind. He was wearing a white and blue long-sleeve shirt, grey trousers, black baseball cap and was carrying a rucksack.
