A 41-year-old Minsterworth man who failed to notify police who was driving a Toyota vehicle at the time of an alleged speeding offence in Gloucester has been ordered to pay £1,014 in fines, costs and surcharges.
Magistrates at Cheltenham also endorsed Pawel Uzar’s driving licence with six penalty points.
The court found proved that Uzar, of Hygrove Lane, Minsterworth, had failed between September 30 and October 29 last year to give police information about the driver of the vehicle, which had allegedy exceeded 40mph on the A430 Secunda Way, Hempsted, on September last year.
