A 31 year old Cinderford man who admitted writing an extremely offensive word on the wall of a woman’s home is to be sentenced by magistrates next month after pleading guilty to a criminal damage charge.

Gregg Wicks of Victoria Street admitted damaging the property of Elaine Davies in Cinderford between July 9 and 14 this year.

Mr Wicks pleaded guilty to writing on the wall with intent to cause damage, or being reckless of whether it would be damaged.

Cheltenham magistrates bailed him until August 11 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

The court made it a condition of bail that he must not contact the victim by any means and he must not go to Littledean Hill Road, The Ruffit or Redding Lane, Cinderford.
