A Cheltenham man has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after a fatal crash in Hartpury.
A a 53-year-old man motorcyclist died at in the scene of the collision on Saturday.
The van driver was arrested on suspician of being over the limit and causing death by dangerous driving.
The collision happened at approximately 5.20pm on Saturday October 1 on the A417 at Hartpury.
It involved a silver Yamaha motorcycle and a white Nissan panel van.
The motorcyclist was from Banbury and pronounced dead at the scene.
The van driver, a 60-year-old man from Cheltenham, was arrested and bailed to return to the police station on November 18.
Diversions were put in place and the road was closed for approximately four and a half hours whilst the emergency services worked at the scene.
