LITTLEDEAN Christian Aid Committee would like to thank everyone who helped or donated to the Christian Aid Week collection in the Littledean and Cinderford area.
Donations from local churches amounted to £816.60.
Sincere thanks are due to the following churches : Bilson, Greenbottom, Cinderford Methodist, St. Stephen's, St Ethelberts and URC Littledean.
The residents of Hanover Court raised £58.60 from an envelope collection. Thank you to all, especially Celia. Littledean School held a non-uniform day and a cake sale and made £72.43. Well done to the children and staff.
The house to house collection in Littledean amounted to £776.60. Grateful thanks to the generosity of the residents and the hard working collectors.
Churches Together Collection at Cinderford County Store raised the fantastic total of £500.12.
A cheque for £2,224.35 has been forwarded to Christian Aid and when Gift Aid is added the total will be £2,480 which is an amazing sum from the Cinderford amd Littledean area. Well done all.
