A 42 year old Lydney woman has admitted sending indecent or grossly offensive Facebook messages to another woman.

Jessica Lane, of Par Four Lane, Lydney, attended a court hearing on July 22 and is to be sentenced by Cheltenham Magistrates later this month.

She admitted that between February 1 and March 31 this year, she sent an electronic communication to Natasha Saunders which was in whole or part indecent or grossly offensive, and for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient.

Lane was bailed until August 16 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

As a condition of bail she must not make any contact with the victim.
