A LITTLEDEAN man has been banned from driving for six months after he was caught speeding at Down Hatherley, near Gloucester, on February 7 last year.
Magistrates at Cheltenham imposed a six months disqualification for Andrew Gardner, 23, of Greenway, saying it was merited because of his “repeat offending.”
He was charged with exceeding 30mph in a Nissan car on Down Hatherley Lane.
The case was proved under the single justice procedure.
As well as the totting up ban he was ordered to pay £184 in fines, costs and surcharge.
