Will he inform your readers about the (confirmed) ways in which TB is transmitted to cattle from badgers.
Will he please confirm also that the most numerous shedders of the Mycobacterium bovis are cattle and that cattle transmit the disease to each other.
Will he tell readers about the prevalence of dormant TB and confirm that some cattle are born carrying the disease.
Will he also confirm that animal husbandry and bio-security play an important role in keeping the disease at bay.
