IF it's good enough for Gok Wan, it's good enough for Club Ginger.

Members and staff at the Lydney gym are showing how they look good almost naked for a new ad campaign.

Owner Andy Horne wanted to show the world that they are never too old or overweight to get fit and his treadmills are full of ordinary people of all shapes, sizes and ages.

The photoshoot features members ranging from young Lydney Rugby player Paul Price to married couple Rosalie and Michael Knowles who are in their 70s.

Members decided Lydney wasn't ready for them to bare all, so they stripped down to their undies for the leaflet.

Beauty Retreat, Kudos Hairdressing and Nail Attraction helped prepare them for the photoshoot which tool place in the gym.

"It was a bit intimidating at first but we had a fantastic giggle," said pilates instructor, Debra Elsmore, a 44-year-old mum of two who used to be overweight until she started training. "Hopefully people will see that we are not all airbrushed, young skinnie minnies.

"We are real people with our own stories to tell and with the right support everybody can take small steps that lead to big changes."
