Superstar Ewan McGregor brought a touch of Hollywood magic to a popular Forest location.
The heartthrob is one of a host of stars filming at Puzzlewood for a new blockbuster, Jack the Giant Killer.
About a Boy star Nicholas Hoult plays the lead role of Jack.
Bryan Singer, the man behind X-Men and The Usual Suspects, is behind the film which centres on a war between humans and giants.
Movie scouts discovered Puzzlewood a year ago after using Google to search for 'magical locations'. They spent a year going back and forth taking photographs to inspire their sets which were built at Warner Bros £100 million new studios.
Crews stayed locally at the Tudor Farmhouse Hotel during 10 days of filming and Puzzlewood was closed for two days.
Manager Helen O' Kane said: "Bryan Singer was exceptionally welcoming and very kindly invited us into the director's area. He took the time to talk to my sons, explaining elements of how movies are made. It was incredible."
Puzzlewood woodland expert Kevin Garrod and tree surgeon Paul Cooper helped prepare the movie sets.
