A FUNDRAISING walk to honour baby Sydney-May Burge is being held later this month.

The three-month-old baby, who passed away in December, was given an emotional send off last week by some 200 mourners at St Stephen’s Church in Cinderford.

And now her parents Jemma and Steve have decided to hold a fundraising walk to raise money so that new mums can be provided with special baby monitors.

The on-line campaign to raise £5,000 target has already reached the £1,000 milestone.

The fundraising walk will take place at 10.30am on Saturday, January 28 at the Linear Car Park in Cinderford.
