A Forest of Dean restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Newent Tandoori, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 34 Broad Street, Newent, Gloucestershire was given the score after assessment on May 25, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of the Forest of Dean's 253 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 228 (90%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
